| ELMORE'S WELDING & SAW SERVICE For more than three decades, Paul Elmore and his wife Ellen have been working and living in Anza, CA. They wanted to leave city life and raise their children in a more wholesome environment. Paul started by sharpening saw blades part-time. In order to maintain a viable full-time business in Anza it was necessary to add some other services in 1976. Chain saw sales and service and welding were added since Paul had been welding for a living since he graduated from high school. As a certified welder Paul creates unique custom gates for the local residence. He has been a dealer for several brands of equipment over the years but now focuses on Echo and Husqvarna products. As an authorized full service dealer he retails chain saws and string trimmers. It's usually expected that prices in rural communities such as Anza will cost more than in the surrounding cities. What people don't realize is that owning a Husqvarna dealership requires that pricing remains the same, no matter where the dealer conducts business. Therefore, local residents can shop at Elmore's Welding & Saw Service and get the same prices for their chain saw and string trimmer parts and services without traveling the 60-80 mile round trip into town.
